Mixed feelings

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. stock alerts is good. login issues for staff makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in layaway feature. Still working out some kinks with receipt customization is basic.

Not bad, not great

Mixed feelings about Paychex. The gift card system is great but we've had issues with credit card processing failures. Support helped eventually.

One star is generous. reports showing incorrect data every single day. Going back to our old system.

Not as advertised

Save yourself the trouble. Paychex has potential but data loss after updates and poor support make it not worth it.
