We use PAX Technology for our boutique. gift card system is useful. However, slow transaction processing has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Save yourself the trouble. PAX Technology has potential but slow transaction processing and poor support make it not worth it.

Disappointing experience with PAX Technology. The returns processing rarely works as advertised. slow transaction processing has cost us customers.
