Mixed feelings

Functional but underwhelming. customer tracking sold us on PAX Technology but the reality of system crashes during peak hours wasn't mentioned in sales.

Save yourself the trouble. PAX Technology has potential but credit card processing failures and poor support make it not worth it.

Worst POS ever

Do not buy. inventory sync issues between locations crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.

Solid POS system. stock alerts is excellent, matrix inventory could use some improvement. Still recommend for liquor store.

Avoid PAX Technology. login issues for staff from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.
