Solid POS system. returns processing is excellent, loyalty rewards could use some improvement. Still recommend for pet store.

One star is generous. integration failures with third-party apps every single day. Going back to our old system.

Hands down the best POS for hardware store. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on PAX Technology. Much better fit for our needs.

Good value for money

Four months in and PAX Technology is working well. Staff trained quickly on the returns processing. Wish the learning curve was steep was included.
