Solid POS system. layaway feature is excellent, customer database could use some improvement. Still recommend for thrift store.

Mixed feelings

Mixed feelings about PAX Technology. The purchase orders is great but we've had issues with integration failures with third-party apps. Support helped eventually.

Worst POS ever

Do not buy. printer connectivity problems crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.

Good system, good support. The returns processing is what sold us. Would love to see better receipt customization is basic in future updates.
