Good POS for the price. returns processing is excellent. Lost a star because customer support hours are limited needs work. Would still recommend.

Functional but underwhelming. returns processing sold us on Paladin but the reality of reports showing incorrect data wasn't mentioned in sales.

Can't recommend. We liked the purchase orders demo but real-world performance is poor. payment terminal disconnects constantly.

Don't make our mistake

Do not buy. printer connectivity problems crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
