Four months in and Paladin is working well. Staff trained quickly on the returns processing. Wish customer support hours are limited was included.

Regret switching to Paladin. The customer tracking looked great but payment terminal disconnects has made daily operations difficult.

Worst POS ever

Do not buy. system crashes during peak hours crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
