Third POS system we've tried. Finally found the right one with Oracle MICROS. The employee management alone was worth the switch.

Middle of the road. Oracle MICROS works for basic boutique needs. If you need advanced employee management, look elsewhere.

Good system, good support. The purchase orders is what sold us. Would love to see better customer support hours are limited in future updates.

Mixed feelings about Oracle MICROS. The returns processing is great but we've had issues with payment terminal disconnects. Support helped eventually.

We use Oracle MICROS for our grocery store. inventory management is useful. However, payment terminal disconnects has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Good POS, room to improve

Overall very happy with Oracle MICROS. The returns processing works great. Knocked off one star because the learning curve was steep, but nothing major.
