Some pros, some cons

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Oracle MICROS handles transactions fine but login issues for staff is a real problem.

Great system with minor issues

Happy with our purchase. Oracle MICROS runs our jewelry store smoothly. The employee management took some getting used to but works well now.
