Mostly satisfied

Four months in and Olo is working well. Staff trained quickly on the reservation system. Wish offline mode is limited was included.

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in inventory tracking. Still working out some kinks with receipt customization is basic.

We use Olo for our diner. online ordering integration is useful. However, credit card processing failures has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Good POS for the price. staff scheduling is excellent. Lost a star because receipt customization is basic needs work. Would still recommend.
