Happy with Olo

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Olo handles our coffee shop well. table management is a highlight.

Great kitchen display system, decent waitlist management. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a taco shop.

Disappointing experience with Olo. The menu customization rarely works as advertised. payment terminal disconnects has cost us customers.

Avoid at all costs

Worst POS decision we made. inventory sync issues between locations constantly. The staff scheduling they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.
