Can't recommend. We liked the reservation system demo but real-world performance is poor. system crashes during peak hours constantly.

Worst POS ever

One star is generous. reports showing incorrect data every single day. Going back to our old system.

Coming from an old-school register, Olo was a game changer. Easy setup, great training, and the online ordering integration is fantastic.

Functional but underwhelming. menu customization sold us on Olo but the reality of integration failures with third-party apps wasn't mentioned in sales.

Four months in and Olo is working well. Staff trained quickly on the inventory tracking. Wish reporting could be more detailed was included.
