Been using Olo for 12 months now and couldn't be happier. The staff scheduling is exactly what we needed. Staff picked it up in no time.

Disappointing experience with Olo. The inventory tracking rarely works as advertised. credit card processing failures has cost us customers.

Two stars because it occasionally works. credit card processing failures is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Four months in and Olo is working well. Staff trained quickly on the split check feature. Wish customer support hours are limited was included.
