Functional but underwhelming. multi-location sync sold us on NCR Silver but the reality of slow transaction processing wasn't mentioned in sales.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. NCR Silver handles transactions fine but slow transaction processing is a real problem.

Our accountant loves the multi-location sync. Our staff loves the interface. I love not dealing with POS headaches anymore.

Regret switching to NCR Silver. The purchase orders looked great but data loss after updates has made daily operations difficult.
