Good POS for the price. purchase orders is excellent. Lost a star because setup took longer than expected needs work. Would still recommend.

Mostly satisfied

Four months in and NCR Silver is working well. Staff trained quickly on the customer tracking. Wish customer support hours are limited was included.

Expected more

Disappointing experience with NCR Silver. The multi-location sync rarely works as advertised. data loss after updates has cost us customers.

Two stars because it occasionally works. inventory sync issues between locations is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.
