It's okay

We use NCR Silver for our bookstore. employee management is useful. However, inventory sync issues between locations has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Four months in and NCR Silver is working well. Staff trained quickly on the stock alerts. Wish receipt customization is basic was included.

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. payment terminal disconnects is apparently a known issue they won't fix.
