If you're on the fence about NCR Silver, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the barcode scanning and customer database won us over.

Good POS for the price. customer tracking is excellent. Lost a star because customer support hours are limited needs work. Would still recommend.

We use NCR Silver for our smoke shop. employee management is useful. However, payment terminal disconnects has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Looking to switch away from NCR Silver. data loss after updates happens weekly. purchase orders is okay but not worth the hassle.
