Avoid at all costs

One star is generous. inventory sync issues between locations every single day. Going back to our old system.

Good POS, room to improve

Great gift card system, decent time clock. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a clothing store.

Regret switching to NCR Counterpoint. The gift card system looked great but credit card processing failures has made daily operations difficult.

Decent but frustrating

Mixed feelings about NCR Counterpoint. The customer tracking is great but we've had issues with integration failures with third-party apps. Support helped eventually.
