Switched from our old register to NCR Counterpoint last year. Best decision we made. returns processing and commission tracking have streamlined our entire operation.

Recommended with caveats

Good POS for the price. layaway feature is excellent. Lost a star because reporting could be more detailed needs work. Would still recommend.

Good POS, room to improve

Four months in and NCR Counterpoint is working well. Staff trained quickly on the barcode scanning. Wish the learning curve was steep was included.
