Overall very happy with NCR Counterpoint. The returns processing works great. Knocked off one star because receipt customization is basic, but nothing major.

Frustrating experience

Disappointing experience with NCR Counterpoint. The returns processing rarely works as advertised. inventory sync issues between locations has cost us customers.

We've been on NCR Counterpoint for 11 months. Does everything we need. employee management is great, wish the the learning curve was steep was better.

Room for improvement

We use NCR Counterpoint for our clothing store. barcode scanning is useful. However, login issues for staff has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.
