Complete waste of money

Worst POS decision we made. integration failures with third-party apps constantly. The multi-location sync they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.

Does what it promises. The stock alerts is particularly useful for our liquor store. Minor gripes but overall satisfied.

Good POS, room to improve

Overall very happy with NCR Counterpoint. The stock alerts works great. Knocked off one star because reporting could be more detailed, but nothing major.

Finally found the right POS

Third POS system we've tried. Finally found the right one with NCR Counterpoint. The barcode scanning alone was worth the switch.

Solid POS system. returns processing is excellent, e-commerce integration could use some improvement. Still recommend for sporting goods store.

Mixed feelings about NCR Counterpoint. The employee management is great but we've had issues with printer connectivity problems. Support helped eventually.

Average POS system. Does the basics fine. customer tracking works well but credit card processing failures has been frustrating. Considering options.
