Two stars because it occasionally works. data loss after updates is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Solid POS system. returns processing is excellent, price labeling could use some improvement. Still recommend for smoke shop.

Save yourself the trouble. Mindbody has potential but data loss after updates and poor support make it not worth it.

If you're on the fence about Mindbody, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the gift card system and sales analytics won us over.

Happy with Mindbody

We've been on Mindbody for 8 months. Does everything we need. stock alerts is great, wish the hardware is a bit pricey was better.

It's okay

Functional but underwhelming. layaway feature sold us on Mindbody but the reality of data loss after updates wasn't mentioned in sales.

Happy with our purchase. Mindbody runs our thrift store smoothly. The barcode scanning took some getting used to but works well now.

Don't make our mistake

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. login issues for staff is apparently a known issue they won't fix.
