Don't make our mistake

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. system crashes during peak hours is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Not as advertised

Two stars because it occasionally works. payment terminal disconnects is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Looking to switch away from Meevo. data loss after updates happens weekly. customer tracking is okay but not worth the hassle.

If you're on the fence about Meevo, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the layaway feature and sales analytics won us over.

The layaway feature feature alone pays for itself. Add in customer database and it's a no-brainer for any gift shop.
