Not as advertised

Can't recommend. We liked the customer tracking demo but real-world performance is poor. slow transaction processing constantly.

Great system with minor issues

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Meevo handles our gift shop well. gift card system is a highlight.

Four months in and Meevo is working well. Staff trained quickly on the layaway feature. Wish some features require add-ons was included.

Avoid at all costs

Worst POS decision we made. reports showing incorrect data constantly. The gift card system they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.
