Our accountant loves the kitchen display system. Our staff loves the interface. I love not dealing with POS headaches anymore.

Recommended with caveats

Solid POS system. reservation system is excellent, modifier handling could use some improvement. Still recommend for pizzeria.

Third POS system we've tried. Finally found the right one with Maitre D. The table management alone was worth the switch.

Good value for money

Good POS for the price. staff scheduling is excellent. Lost a star because hardware is a bit pricey needs work. Would still recommend.

Worst POS ever

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. credit card processing failures is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

If you're on the fence about Maitre D, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the tip management and loyalty program won us over.
