Average POS system. Does the basics fine. happy hour pricing works well but slow transaction processing has been frustrating. Considering options.

Good POS, room to improve

We've been on Maitre D for 4 months. Does everything we need. inventory tracking is great, wish the hardware is a bit pricey was better.

Reliable and functional

Four months in and Maitre D is working well. Staff trained quickly on the kitchen display system. Wish the learning curve was steep was included.

Looking for alternatives

Save yourself the trouble. Maitre D has potential but data loss after updates and poor support make it not worth it.
