Great system with minor issues

Great table management, decent loyalty program. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a coffee shop.

The menu customization feature alone pays for itself. Add in tableside ordering and it's a no-brainer for any bakery.

Save yourself the trouble. Maitre D has potential but payment terminal disconnects and poor support make it not worth it.

Mixed feelings about Maitre D. The tip management is great but we've had issues with integration failures with third-party apps. Support helped eventually.
