Has potential

Mixed feelings about Maitre D. The split check feature is great but we've had issues with payment terminal disconnects. Support helped eventually.

We use Maitre D for our taco shop. reservation system is useful. However, system crashes during peak hours has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Looking for alternatives

Disappointing experience with Maitre D. The inventory tracking rarely works as advertised. inventory sync issues between locations has cost us customers.
