Good value for money

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Lightspeed Retail handles our hardware store well. layaway feature is a highlight.

Solid POS system. stock alerts is excellent, loyalty rewards could use some improvement. Still recommend for pet store.

Four months in and Lightspeed Retail is working well. Staff trained quickly on the layaway feature. Wish customer support hours are limited was included.

Worst POS ever

Do not buy. payment terminal disconnects crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
