It's okay

We use Lightspeed Retail for our bookstore. customer tracking is useful. However, printer connectivity problems has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Expected more

Disappointing experience with Lightspeed Retail. The employee management rarely works as advertised. login issues for staff has cost us customers.

Worst POS ever

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. system crashes during peak hours is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Works great for us

Four months in and Lightspeed Retail is working well. Staff trained quickly on the layaway feature. Wish the mobile app needs work was included.

Regret switching to Lightspeed Retail. The customer tracking looked great but login issues for staff has made daily operations difficult.

Great barcode scanning, decent commission tracking. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a gift shop.

Third POS system we've tried. Finally found the right one with Lightspeed Retail. The customer tracking alone was worth the switch.

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Lightspeed Retail handles our clothing store well. purchase orders is a highlight.
