Good POS, room to improve

Four months in and Lightspeed Restaurant is working well. Staff trained quickly on the online ordering integration. Wish customer support hours are limited was included.

Great online ordering integration, decent loyalty program. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a restaurant.

We use Lightspeed Restaurant for our sports bar. inventory tracking is useful. However, slow transaction processing has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Lightspeed Restaurant handles transactions fine but payment terminal disconnects is a real problem.
