Great system with minor issues

Four months in and Lavu is working well. Staff trained quickly on the online ordering integration. Wish customer support hours are limited was included.

Would not recommend

Can't recommend. We liked the table management demo but real-world performance is poor. slow transaction processing constantly.

Overall very happy with Lavu. The online ordering integration works great. Knocked off one star because hardware is a bit pricey, but nothing major.

Disappointed

Disappointing experience with Lavu. The reservation system rarely works as advertised. system crashes during peak hours has cost us customers.
