Disappointed

Save yourself the trouble. Lavu has potential but printer connectivity problems and poor support make it not worth it.

Worth every penny

If you're on the fence about Lavu, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the table management and tableside ordering won us over.

Four months in and Lavu is working well. Staff trained quickly on the table management. Wish customer support hours are limited was included.

Functional but underwhelming. split check feature sold us on Lavu but the reality of login issues for staff wasn't mentioned in sales.

Great menu customization, decent guest profiles. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a cafe.

We use Lavu for our restaurant. tip management is useful. However, slow transaction processing has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.
