Almost perfect

KwickPOS gets so much right. Fast transactions, intuitive interface, solid hardware. Four stars because the online ordering page templates are limited. We wanted more customization for our brand. That said, it works and customers use it. Minor complaint overall.

Decent but expected more

KwickPOS does the basics well. For a simple operation, it's fine. Our needs were more complex - multi-course fine dining with wine pairings, advanced reservations, detailed guest profiles. It couldn't quite handle our requirements. Good for casual dining, maybe not white tablecloth.
