Solid choice for most restaurants

Using KwickPOS at our Italian restaurant for 5 months. Does 90% of what we need very well. The other 10% - advanced inventory and employee scheduling - requires workarounds or third-party apps. For pure POS functionality, it's excellent. Just needs more integrated features.

Rock solid for food trucks

Food truck life is tough on equipment. KwickPOS hardware has survived summer heat, winter cold, and the vibration of the truck. Cellular backup means we never lose connectivity at events. Offline mode saved us at a festival with no wifi. Built tough.

Great value, room to grow

For the price, KwickPOS delivers a lot. Coming from expensive legacy systems, the value is clear. It's a newer platform so some advanced features aren't there yet. But the core is solid and they're adding features every month. Good investment for the future.

KwickPOS understands Asian restaurant needs - multiple languages, complex menus, family-style ordering. The Chinese character support on receipts is perfect. My parents who barely speak English can use it. Finally a POS company that gets it.

Hit or miss support experience

The POS itself is good. My issue is support consistency. Sometimes I get great help quickly. Other times I wait too long or get someone who doesn't fully understand my issue. They're growing fast which might explain it. Hope they scale support to match.
