Avoid at all costs

Worst POS decision we made. slow transaction processing constantly. The purchase orders they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.

Four months in and IT Retail is working well. Staff trained quickly on the multi-location sync. Wish integration options are limited was included.

Mixed feelings about IT Retail. The purchase orders is great but we've had issues with printer connectivity problems. Support helped eventually.

Do not buy. printer connectivity problems crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
