We use IT Retail for our grocery store. employee management is useful. However, data loss after updates has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Four months in and IT Retail is working well. Staff trained quickly on the barcode scanning. Wish setup took longer than expected was included.

Can't recommend. We liked the stock alerts demo but real-world performance is poor. login issues for staff constantly.

Overall very happy with IT Retail. The inventory management works great. Knocked off one star because integration options are limited, but nothing major.
