Great employee management, decent e-commerce integration. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a smoke shop.

Save yourself the trouble. IT Retail has potential but payment terminal disconnects and poor support make it not worth it.

Disappointing experience with IT Retail. The inventory management rarely works as advertised. integration failures with third-party apps has cost us customers.
