Regret switching to IT Retail. The multi-location sync looked great but integration failures with third-party apps has made daily operations difficult.

Good POS, room to improve
Reliable and straightforward. Not the flashiest POS but barcode scanning and matrix inventory work exactly as advertised.

If you're on the fence about IT Retail, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the layaway feature and e-commerce integration won us over.

Overall very happy with IT Retail. The purchase orders works great. Knocked off one star because receipt customization is basic, but nothing major.
