Great inventory management, decent vendor management. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a hardware store.

Worth every penny

If you're on the fence about iQmetrix, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the inventory management and discount scheduling won us over.

Good POS for the price. gift card system is excellent. Lost a star because offline mode is limited needs work. Would still recommend.

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. barcode scanning is good. system crashes during peak hours makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Avoid at all costs

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. payment terminal disconnects is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Save yourself the trouble. iQmetrix has potential but inventory sync issues between locations and poor support make it not worth it.
