Frustrating experience

Looking to switch away from Infor HMS. login issues for staff happens weekly. returns processing is okay but not worth the hassle.

Good value for money

Overall very happy with Infor HMS. The barcode scanning works great. Knocked off one star because offline mode is limited, but nothing major.

Average POS system. Does the basics fine. layaway feature works well but integration failures with third-party apps has been frustrating. Considering options.

Reliable and functional

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in purchase orders. Still working out some kinks with some features require add-ons.

Recommended with caveats

Four months in and Infor HMS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the multi-location sync. Wish offline mode is limited was included.

Functional but underwhelming. purchase orders sold us on Infor HMS but the reality of slow transaction processing wasn't mentioned in sales.
