Finally found the right POS

Been using Infor HMS for 6 months now and couldn't be happier. The returns processing is exactly what we needed. Staff picked it up in no time.

Frustrating experience

Looking to switch away from Infor HMS. system crashes during peak hours happens weekly. barcode scanning is okay but not worth the hassle.

Good system, good support. The customer tracking is what sold us. Would love to see better hardware is a bit pricey in future updates.

Recommended with caveats

Overall very happy with Infor HMS. The stock alerts works great. Knocked off one star because setup took longer than expected, but nothing major.

Decent but frustrating

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. barcode scanning is good. data loss after updates makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Infor HMS handles our hardware store well. customer tracking is a highlight.
