Not as advertised

Can't recommend. We liked the barcode scanning demo but real-world performance is poor. credit card processing failures constantly.

Great gift card system, decent vendor management. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a jewelry store.

Regret switching to Infor HMS. The multi-location sync looked great but payment terminal disconnects has made daily operations difficult.

Looking to switch away from Infor HMS. login issues for staff happens weekly. returns processing is okay but not worth the hassle.
