Decent system with some frustrating limitations. kitchen display system is good. reports showing incorrect data makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Don't make our mistake

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. inventory sync issues between locations is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Mixed feelings about HungerRush. The table management is great but we've had issues with integration failures with third-party apps. Support helped eventually.

Happy with our purchase. HungerRush runs our sushi restaurant smoothly. The kitchen display system took some getting used to but works well now.

Terrible experience

Worst POS decision we made. data loss after updates constantly. The staff scheduling they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.
