Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in customer tracking. Still working out some kinks with hardware is a bit pricey.

Mixed feelings about Homebase. The purchase orders is great but we've had issues with printer connectivity problems. Support helped eventually.

We use Homebase for our convenience store. gift card system is useful. However, payment terminal disconnects has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. payment terminal disconnects is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Four months in and Homebase is working well. Staff trained quickly on the barcode scanning. Wish integration options are limited was included.
