Finally found the right POS

Hands down the best POS for jewelry store. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Homebase. Much better fit for our needs.

Decent but frustrating

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Homebase handles transactions fine but integration failures with third-party apps is a real problem.

Good system, good support. The customer tracking is what sold us. Would love to see better customer support hours are limited in future updates.

Not as advertised

Regret switching to Homebase. The multi-location sync looked great but credit card processing failures has made daily operations difficult.

Four months in and Homebase is working well. Staff trained quickly on the multi-location sync. Wish offline mode is limited was included.
