Not as advertised

Two stars because it occasionally works. login issues for staff is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Good system, good support. The customer tracking is what sold us. Would love to see better receipt customization is basic in future updates.

Mixed feelings about Homebase. The returns processing is great but we've had issues with payment terminal disconnects. Support helped eventually.
