Switched from a competitor system to Hike POS last year. Best decision we made. stock alerts and customer database have streamlined our entire operation.

Great system with minor issues

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Hike POS handles our bookstore well. purchase orders is a highlight.

Happy with Hike POS

Overall very happy with Hike POS. The multi-location sync works great. Knocked off one star because some features require add-ons, but nothing major.

Decent but frustrating

Functional but underwhelming. returns processing sold us on Hike POS but the reality of payment terminal disconnects wasn't mentioned in sales.

Finally found the right POS

Our accountant loves the stock alerts. Our staff loves the interface. I love not dealing with POS headaches anymore.

Solid POS system. employee management is excellent, vendor management could use some improvement. Still recommend for convenience store.
