Not bad, not great

Functional but underwhelming. customer tracking sold us on Hike POS but the reality of inventory sync issues between locations wasn't mentioned in sales.

Does the job well

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Hike POS handles our convenience store well. multi-location sync is a highlight.

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in inventory management. Still working out some kinks with the learning curve was steep.

One star is generous. data loss after updates every single day. Going back to our old system.
