Great system with minor issues

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in gift card system. Still working out some kinks with some features require add-ons.

Avoid at all costs

Worst POS decision we made. credit card processing failures constantly. The layaway feature they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.

Disappointing experience with Hike POS. The stock alerts rarely works as advertised. login issues for staff has cost us customers.
